Caroffy’s Terms of Service
❀ GENERAL ❀By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to all the listed terms
⋆ I often post commissions on my portfolio or social media platforms by default, commissioner must tell if I should wait / not post it at all
⋆ I have the right to reject any order I’m uncomfortable doing
⋆ Customer has the right to ask for a WIP at any part of the process, please just don’t rush me
⋆ My art is made by me, there's none AI used

❀ PAYMENTS ❀Payments are handled via Paypal or Vgen.
Depending on the type of commission, the client is expected to pay for the commission atleast 30% upfront.
❀ REVISIONS ❀Major changes must be done while the commission still being a sketch.
After that additional fees may apply, depending what kind of a changes are needed
❀ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ❀On most commission types, the delivery is within 4-21 days after receiving payment. (Emotes, Badges, Chibis, Illustrations)
I will inform you of the expected schedule based on what you are about to commission.
I will send the finished commission via email.
❀ USE ❀⋆ You can use the commission personal use only
- Not for merch unless extra fee paid (150%)
⋆ You are allowed to add the commission to your panels, banners, etc
⋆ Do not modify/edit it (twist, bend, liquidy, use AI etc)
⋆ Not for NFT's or AI training/databases
⋆ I have full rights to the commission
⋆ Do not claim my artwork as your own
⋆ Credits while posting online are always appreciated!
❀ REFUNDS ❀A 100% refund is possible only if I have not started working on it at all.
If I have started sketching your commission, I will only refund 50% of the payment
After that refunds are not possible
I can cancel the order for any personal reasons which leads to me giving 100% refund
If I have to cancel the order due client acting inappropriate or disrespectful, there will only be 50% refund
